I started in architecture, designing public spaces for connection—often enhanced by interactive, tech-enabled moments. As my work moved from physical to digital, the philosophy stayed the same: design for belonging, expression, and shared experiences—now with fewer constraints.
A “digital signals” concept organizes the district: linear bands radiate from the tower to shape the landscape. They echo park and canal patterns, strengthen retail edges, and anchor an event-ready plaza with app-triggered light, water, and paving effects.

A circular plaza fountain unites light and water: LED rings sync with jets, building from calm to tall-plume peak, then fading. Ring seating frames the space, anchoring the plaza day-to-night—visible from street level and above.

Large-format projection transforms the forecourt at night, mapped to the paving for interactive play. Dynamic, kid-friendly content draws people in while keeping retail entries and sightlines clear.

We planned a nature-led Bay campus with an east–west layout for better light, breezes, and performance. Phase One organizes quads and lanes, connects indoor–outdoor spaces to the water, and opens a welcoming front door to the Richmond community.
